We want you to love your purchase from ONI SHIELD. —but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

To start a return, please email us at [Returns@onishield.com] with your order number and reason for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@onishield.com]

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Underwear or swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. For example, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
